Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial honors 65 volunteers with Certificates of Appreciation at its annual Volunteer Appreciation Event in La Jolla, CA.
For 13 years, Navy veteran Bob 'Bottom Gun' McCollum polished Mt. Soledad's honor walls almost daily. On his 90th birthday, we celebrated his legacy.
